I seriously do not know what is up with me lately, not blogging on the weekends is normal for me. But, not blogging during the week is not! Trying to get a few things figured out with the Wedding and trying to find time to blog are kind of colliding with each other. But, alas I am here with a lot of pictures!
First, I will go through the packages I have received in the past few weeks that I have not posted yet. The first one is from CedarsĀ Mediterranean Foods. This package rocked! They sent along some pita chips, an edamame salad, a chickpea salad, hummus, dip and a feta chive cheese spread.

The other package that I got was from Kernel Seasonings. They sent me pretty much every kind of seasoning that they make! They also sent some popcorn, a spray butter, and a liquid butter. I have already used some of the seasoning on my eggs in the morning and it was pretty good. I will write about that later though!

Now that I showed you some of the packages I got, lets get to the food I have been eating. Last week, Gregg made a tomato pasta dish for dinner. I had this with a salad and some garlic bread!

A different night, we had subs. Here I had 1/2 of a veggie sub and 1/2 of a turkey sub. I also had some trader joes hummus and strawberries.

This morning, I tried something that is going all over the blog world right now… Oats in a Jar! I only had a little bit of Barney Butter left in the container and it wasn’t enough to make a sandwich or anything. There was a bit lef ton the bottom so I decided to make my oatmeal in the jar and add some fun toppings. In the mix:
- 1/2 cup of Oatmeal
- 1 cup of water
- Cinnamon
- 1 Truvia packet
- 2 tbs of trail mix
- BARNEY BUTTER!

This oatmeal was seriously amazing. It kept me full all morning! The best part was the bottom of the jar because thats where most of the almond butter was. So, it was kind of like taking a spoon to the peanut butter jar when you were a kid…. so good!
For lunch, I packed a veggie wrap, grapes, carrots and hummus and a ww pb bar (not pictured).

I decided to use the Cedars garlic and chive spread that I received in the mail. This spread really made the wrap. If you like feta cheese and garlic this is a must. I have already tried it on bagels, wraps and sandwiches. Tonight, I may try using it in my grilled cheese. It has a great flavor of tangy and savory. I will let you know how it goes with my dinner tonight.

Well, that’s all I have for today. Make sure you come back tomorrow for a really fun giveaway!

The feta spread looks great! I love spreadable stuff with veggies.
MMM Cedar’s is my favorite brand of prepared hummus! I love the veggie flavor.
