It is officially Wednesday, which means only 2 more days until the weekend! Is that bad that I am looking forward to it already? I am really just looking forward to sleeping past 4:45a I think. Anyways, in my post yesterday I was talking about how my cold medicine makes me stay awake, so I decided to test this! I went to Walgreen’s last night in my pj’s and got a different kind of cold medicine. I usually take Tylenol night-time cold but I opted for NyQuil this time around. And guess what happened?!?!?! I slept through the night! When I woke up to go to the bathroom, I could go right back to bed when I was done. It was wonderful! Take that Tylenol!!!!!!
Anyways, I slept great last night, so good that I didn’t want to get out of bed…. oh well, onto the food. So last night, Gregg and I had a few errands to run so we just picked up Subway for dinner. I got the Ham and Turkey on wheat and loaded it with veggies. I also had an apple and some Baked Kettle Brand Chips. Total pts for dinner: 8.

After dinner I snacked on some lemon merignues for 1 pt and had a mini fruit tart for dessert, I am not sure how many pts this was because we got it from a bakery, so I tried to find and approximate value, so I came up with 7pts.

I just noticed how crazy that picture looks…. almost fake! But I assure you it is the real picture. And for breakfast this morning, I made an egg wrap with a smart and delicious wrap with 1/2 cup of egg beaters, red pepper a little bit of low fat cheese and an apple on the side all for a 4 pt breakfast! (Sorry, no pic) And for my lunch today, I packed up the other half of my subway sammy, come on I had to get the foot long! It was like a guaranteed lunch for today! I also packed up some carrots, yogurt and a pear for a 7 pt lunch.

But, that is all I have for now enjoy the rest of your day
TIP OF THE DAY:
Choose whole grains whenever possible. The fiber from the whole grains will make you more satisfied and keep you full longer.
